1I want to contact you, when is the best time?
My workshop is at home so I am basically available any time of day and can be called on 01833 622020 If I do not answer your call I am most probably in the workshop wearing hearing protection and cannot hear the phone ring, please leave me your name and contact number and I will get back to you.
2What is your current lead time and why do you have such long lead times?
The Aero Craft Panel products are fast becoming very popular and with only myself as craftsman working to order, there is only so many panels I can build at any one time. I prefer taking my time on each panel ensuring quality and a high standard of craftsmanship. Current lead times are displayed on the product page, should you have a birthday or other deadline and need a rushed order, please give me a call, I will do my best to help if I possibly can.
3Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally through UPS and all deliveries are fully insured against loss and or damage. Delivery cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout once your delivery address has been entered. Please note that on international orders the battery used to power the back lights may have to be bought and delivered separately to the panel due to shipping restrictions.
4What if I want my own design?
Customers often contact us to create their own design. We have worked on panels for birthdays with inscription for example. Basically the world is your oyster when creating your own bespoke AeroCraftPanel. Call us on 01833 622020 to discuss your requirements.
5I bought a 2nd hand ACP, how do I know it is an original?
You can phone us or email us to check that the panel you are buying is original. We will need the original owners name and the serial number from the unique plate on the side of the panel to check against our purchase records. Always check for the unique plate on the side of the panel with panel reference, design, date completed and serial number.
6What is your Returns Policy?
We accept returns providing you take the following action immediately upon delivery: When the item is delivered we expect that you unpack and check the item for damage. We have a rigorous quality control and check each panel for dents and scratches - nothing leaves our workshop unless it is 100% perfect. Please unpack your panel, check it and sign for delivery if you are satisfied with the condition. If you are not satisfied, do not sign and inform us immediately. We do however replace electrical batteries and lighting. Therefore if your panel's lighting stops working within 3 months of purchase. We will send you a new lighting component immediately without question!
7What is your Privacy Policy?
We have a very simple yet strict privacy policy which boils down to the following. If you supply us with any personal information you do so out of your own free will. We will use information provided to us for the reason it was provided to us. We do not share any information and will do our best to keep all provided information private and secure. Should you wish to have us remove any personal information provided to us, please inform us via email at and we will delete said information from our server. Although it is not our policy at the moment, we may in future use email addresses provided to us to send out marketing mail and also to do market research. Again, if you do not whish for your email address to be used in this way, inform us and we will remove it without delay.
